Cornerstone Bakery Café serves the finest breakfasts and lunches in southern New Mexico. Hearty breakfast fare includes gourmet omelets, specialty French toasts, and Eggs Benedict. Lighter meals include croissant or bagel sandwiches, quiches or a selection of fresh-baked breakfast pastries.

Lunch selections include home-made soups, crepes, sandwiches featuring Cornerstone breads such as the Hatch Green Chile Cheddar club sandwich, the Carlsbad Dip or the Taos Almond Chicken Salad croissant, and daily entrée selections such as herb-crusted pork chops or trout almandine.

Each day, while many of you are still sleeping, our bakers make your bread by hand, carefully following traditional processing. We know that you do not live by bread alone, so we also make delicious breakfast pastries including muffins, croissants, cinnamon rolls and much more.

Our highly skilled artisans also create a selection of mouth-watering pies, sweet breads and specialty cookies such as our signature raspberry butter cookie that melts in your mouth. Cornerstone's house coffees start with beans that are roasted daily in the Land of Enchantment. Choices include Thunderbolt, Piñon and Italian roast decaf. Our espresso drinks are scrumptious and can be flavored with a variety of Torani flavorings. Hot chocolate and chai tea latte are delicious when the snow falls or the sun shines. We also offer a variety of bottled drinks and the best iced tea in New Mexico.
