Soups and Salads:

Soup and salad entrées are served with our own delicious blue cheese crisps and garlic cheddar crisps.

Green Chile Potato Soup
Chopped green chiles and chunks of potato simmered in a lightly seasoned chicken broth cream sauce.

Tomato Basil Soup
Fresh tomatoes and fresh basil simmered with real cream.

Soup of the Day
Ask your server about our soup of the day.

Chef Salad
Turkey, ham, egg, Swiss and cheddar cheeses and fresh vegetables on a bed of mixed greens. Served with ranch dressing.

Cornerstone House Salad
Sun dried cranberries and toasted pecans on a bed of mixed greens. Served with our own balsamic or raspberry vinaigrette dressing.

Sandwiches and Quiche:

All served with your choice of our own potato salad, coleslaw or a cup of soup.

Santa Fe Lunch Quiche
One of our signature dishes. We take filo dough and build a quiche with bacon, ham, bell peppers, onions and cheddar cheese.

Vegetarian Quiche
Just like the Santa Fe Quiche but made with eggs, bell peppers, onions, spinach, mushrooms and Swiss cheese.

Roswell Reuben
A traditional favorite. Corned beef topped with sauerkraut, Swiss cheese and Thousand Island dressing grilled on our freshly baked rye bread.

Hatch Green Chile Cheddar Club
A New Mexico specialty and perfected here at Cornerstone. Turkey, ham, bacon, tomato and lettuce piled high on our toasted green chile cheddar bread with mayonnaise.

Taos Almond Chicken Salad Croissant
All white meat chicken tossed with dried cranberries and toasted almonds served on our own freshly baked croissant.

Carlsbad Dip
Sliced roast beef, sautéed red and green peppers, sautéed onions, and Swiss cheese atop a freshly baked French baguette served with au jus. Find a better Dip sandwich and we want to know about it.

Hobbs Ham and Swiss
Lean, meaty domestic ham piled high and topped with Swiss cheese, lettuce, tomato and mustard on our freshly baked light rye bread.

Farmington Vegetarian Focaccia
A delicious combination of sautéed Portobello mushrooms, eggplant, bell peppers and onions topped with provolone cheese and served on our own focaccia bread.
